It is because this is the beginning of the cultivation journey of a new year, the time when the Buddha's children together spread their hearts to pay homage to the Buddhas, bodhisattvas, and great bodhisattvas, practice the Pure Land, and pray for the wheel of the sacred dharma to run forever.
In the still atmosphere of the morning and solemn and pure space of the ashram, each bell of the Bahá'í drum rang like a piercing throughout the ten directions, opening and enlightening the wisdom of the realms of the mind that were still delusional and imaginous, causing the entire masses to return to the Buddha realm to be practiced in the Three Jewels, live in the path of Righteousness, and be attributed to the Buddha's Dharma.
At the beginning of the retreat period, the entire ashram settled in pure heart, steadily chanting, reciting the Buddha, prostrating, and thinking towards the Pure Land.
Being able to go to the pagoda to study for a day is an extremely blessed opportunity for sentient beings to meet the Dharma, to experience and practice the teachings of the Buddha, to practice mindful life, and to be supported by the Three Jewels and the masses to transform, purify, and become more diligent every day on the journey of Buddhist recitation to the Western Pure Land.
The title of Namo Amitabha Buddha is full of boundless merits, infinite meanings, infinite amounts of energy, salvation, realm, sense of nature ... Even a hundred thousand lives could not be said at all. The Great Priest Pure Land once preached: All worldly and out-of-world good things are attributed to the verse Amitabha Buddha, without leaving Amitabha Buddha. To recite the verse NamoʼMitābhāya is to recite the Ekayāna, and all good things converge.
Under the shining light and the regent of Amitabha Buddha, the entire ashram and the six roots meditated and continuously recited the Buddha. Following the steps of the Buddha, each Buddhist and practitioner recited the NamoʼMitābhāya with only one Buddha sign, i.e. no doubt, no interference, and no interruption, that is, let go of the ten thousand predestinations, the elaboration would be successful. At that time, the title of the Father seemed to flow endlessly into a stream of mind that every moment manifests " The True Suchness".

After each retreat course, the entire masses have fully recovered the merits of admiring the three generations of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Amitabha Buddhas, Avalokiteśvara, and compassionate practitioners pray for all sentient beings, the nine immortals, relatives of many generations, and spirits from all over the worlds of tribulation to be allowed to take refuge in the Pure Land Dharma and practice to the Knowledge of Liberation to escape birth and death, and together ask to be reincarnated in the Ultimate Bliss Kingdom.
At the same time, the entire ashram also pray for the forgiveness of the compassion of the ten-direction Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Amitabha Buddha, Avalokiteśvara, Kṣitigarbha, and all practitioners bring the pure light and use the prayer of compassion so that the spirits can be led to the peaceful, transcendental Pure Land. 
The feelings of peace and joy and those in the hearts of Buddhists and fellow practitioners were probably the blessings of enlightenment that each person's heart felt after the solemn, pure, full, and complete retreat of a new year's cultivation day with many happiness and merits at Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen.
With the purpose of "Promoting Dharma - Benefits for sentient beings", all the merits, peace and purity of the Community Retreat at the end of December 2022 would be restored to the entire six paths so that all Buddhists could have peace and joy after practicing the Pure Land at Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen Pagoda. At the same time, it is also a great fate for all sentient beings.
After this retreat, the devotion of the Three Jewels to each Buddhist, fellow practitioners would have enough energy and devotion to the Buddha to transmit and energize the fellow practitioners to Pure Land, keep the bodhisattva foundation solid, and the body and mind would always be peaceful towards the Buddha's righteousness on the path of enlightenment.
